Privacy Policy

Last Updated: March 26, 2026
Effective Date: March 26, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Analyzer 1, LLC ("Analyzer 1," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information in connection with cargo-ai.org and related hosted services made available under the Cargo AI brand (collectively, the "Service"). Your use of the Service is also governed by our Terms of Service.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the Cargo AI website and hosted services. Cargo AI also includes open-source software that runs locally on your device. Local-only use of open-source software may involve data that is stored or processed on your own systems rather than by us.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect and process the following categories of information:

  • account information, such as your email address, account identifiers, handle, plan information, and account status data;
  • hosted content and metadata, such as agent definitions, visibility settings, prompts, inputs, outputs, configuration data, and related materials that you choose to store, manage, or share through the hosted Service;
  • communication and preference data, such as account email preference settings, account-related messages, and records associated with self-email or notification features;
  • transaction and operational records, such as account lifecycle events, usage records, timestamps, and service actions needed to operate, secure, and support the Service; and
  • technical and diagnostic information, such as logs, error reports, approximate request metadata, and security-related information generated through use of the Service.

3. How We Use Information

We may use information to:

  • provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service;
  • create, confirm, authenticate, secure, and manage accounts;
  • send account-related emails, verification codes, alerts, and service communications;
  • store, display, process, and manage hosted agent definitions, metadata, and related content;
  • enforce our Terms of Service, protect the Service, investigate abuse, and prevent fraud, spam, or security incidents; and
  • comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.

4. Public and Private Content

Some Service features may allow you to keep content private or make content public. If you choose to make content public, that content and related metadata may be visible to other users and may be copied, forked, hatched, used, adapted, or redistributed by others. If you designate content as private, we may still access and process it as reasonably necessary to operate the Service, provide support, protect security, investigate abuse, or comply with law.

5. How We Share Information

We may share information:

  • with service providers and infrastructure providers that help us operate the Service, including providers used for hosting, identity, email delivery, and data storage;
  • when you choose to make content public through the Service;
  • when necessary to protect the rights, safety, security, or property of Analyzer 1, the Service, our users, or others; and
  • when required by law, legal process, or a valid governmental request, or in connection with a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer.

We do not use the Service to sell your information to data brokers or to run third-party behavioral advertising.

6. Third-Party Providers

The Service relies on third-party providers, including Amazon Web Services and Snowflake, to help operate identity, delivery, infrastructure, and persistence functions. Those providers process information on our behalf under their own terms and policies. The Service may also rely on additional third-party software, infrastructure, or model providers over time.

7. Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide and secure the Service, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the purpose for which it was collected.

If you request account deletion, we may process that request manually at this stage of the Service. We may retain limited records for legal, security, fraud-prevention, backup, or operational reasons as permitted by law.

8. Your Choices

You may choose whether to make hosted content public or private where those features are available. You may also disable certain account emails where that feature is available.

If you want to request deletion of your account or associated hosted data, contact us using the information below. Because Cargo AI is an early-stage service, some requests may currently be handled manually.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information processed by the Service. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not intend to knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Service.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the "Last Updated" and "Effective Date" above. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of an updated Privacy Policy means the updated Privacy Policy will apply to your use of the Service.

12. Contact

Cargo AI is operated by Analyzer 1, LLC. If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or want to make a privacy-related request, contact legal@analyzer1.com.
